Every artifact at Space N Story is rigorously engineered and fabricated to order. Due to the custom nature of our additive manufacturing process and the delicate structural integrity of the pieces, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Artifacts & Mandatory Unboxing Video

Every piece is meticulously inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch. However, if your artifact is damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Strict Requirement: To be eligible for a replacement claim, you must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video. This video must capture the opening of the sealed original packaging and clearly display the damaged artifact as it is removed from the box.

Please submit your order number alongside this video evidence. If your claim is approved, the damaged artifact must be shipped back to us in its original packaging, exactly as it was delivered. A replacement of the exact edition will only be fabricated and dispatched once the original, damaged piece has been received and verified at our studio.

Claims submitted with only photographs, without a valid continuous unboxing video, or without the return of the original item will not be accepted.
