This website is operated by Space N Story. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Space N Story. By visiting our site and/or purchasing an artifact from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. ARTIFACT FABRICATION & SPATIAL PRECISION

Every piece in our collection is strictly fabricated to order using advanced additive manufacturing processes. Due to the exact nature of this structural polymer engineering, microscopic variations in texture, micro-layering, or finish may occur. These are not defects; they are the inherent physical signatures of the three-dimensional fabrication process. We have made every effort to display the depths, shadows, and textures of our artifacts as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be completely accurate.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our artifacts are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify, pause, or discontinue a specific artifact or series without notice at our sole discretion.

4. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

As detailed in our official Return Policy, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our studio. Replacements are only issued in the event of documented transit damage, strictly subject to our mandatory unboxing video requirements and the return of the original damaged item.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All 3D models, structural topographies, designs, graphics, photography, and text on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Space N Story. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, reverse-engineer, or exploit any portion of our artifacts or website without express written permission from us.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

7. ARTIFACT MAINTENANCE & ENVIRONMENTAL LIABILITY

Every artifact is engineered from high-density structural polymers that require specific environmental conditions to maintain their structural integrity and matte finish. Artifacts must be kept at standard room temperature. Customers must not expose the pieces to direct, prolonged sunlight, and must strictly avoid placing them near incandescent lamps, heaters, or any heat-emitting elements. Space N Story holds no liability, and will not issue replacements, for any warping, degradation, or damage caused by improper environmental exposure or thermal stress.
